Would this lil scenario be considered promiscuous?

I am single. I let a guy touch my but that is all. I only touched his leg. I said I wouldn't go further like I put my hand on his stomach, moved it a little down and then said, no way. He has touched me on the arm several times and I was like angry at some of the times he touched me to not seem flirty. Teach me because I want to know what do most of you guys think?
