Get Linux/Grub2 to recognize Windows Installations?

I accidentally deleted the partition that contained Grub that pointed to my Windows installations and I cant get back into Windows to repair it. No matter what I tried. Re-installing Linux gave me GRUB back, but no windows installations were on the list, I dont have a BIOS installed, My MBR is gone, I cant find ms-sys to fix the MBR from linux. my XP installation disk cant recognize any hard drives connected, so I cant install that. My computer wont boot from any windows repair disks. All I can do is run Linux Distros... What can I do?
