Should I apologize?

I went out last night with my boyfriend and two other girlfriends. We're really not a touchy feely couple, so we really don't do the PDA thing and we are not up under each other in the club. I got a bit drunk to the point where his socializing with my girls started to piss me off. I was feeling ignored and thought he was giving them too much attention. When I tried to dance with him he moved away and kept talking to my friends. When I mentioned it to him, he just kind of blew it off and took it more like I was over-reacting. We argued for a minute and he accused me of being drunk. We drove to the party together and I wanted to leave, so I told him I was leaving and he said he would finish his beer but I insisted I just wanted to go and he could stay. So I walked out of the club (without telling him what I was doing) and ended up catching a cab home. My question is, do I owe him an apology or was I justified in getting upset?
