Sweeney Todd and kids?

I allow my kids ages 12 and 13 to watch somewhat violent or grotesque rated R movies. They have seen 7, 310 to Yuma, and The Descent. Would Sweeney Todd be similar in graphic imagery to one of the ones listed?
