Why do I HATE the Mavericks but LIKE Dirk Nowstiki as a player?

Im the same way, Im a die hard New Orleans Hornets fan, but Dirk is my 2nd fav player in the League, behind Chris Paul..anyway, he doesn't talk sh!t, he lets his play do the talking..If you notice his interviews, he always says good things about his teammates even if they play bad..He's just a phenomenal player/person..I want him to get him a championship under his belt. so until then Go Mavs
