What will happen if someone claimed Underinsured Motorist Insurance?

My limit is 50K on my bodily injury insurance. The person that I collided with suffered a torn ligament which I heard could be costly. If my policy exceeded, will she sue me for it or if she claimed under her inderinsured insurance, will her insurance come after me?
