How can i dress European?

i just moved and i really like that style but im in new mexico soo it is hot but im goin with alot of cargo shorts and pants less jeans and like a track jacket and a nicly fit t im startin to wear more american eagle type shoes and i shy away from like nikes for reaguler shoes and i will eventuallly get a pair of pumas soo tell me im i on the right track and i do not have much money so i need to know how i can drees like a european
